Sim, é possível utilizar o mesmo coletor de ponto para mais de um CNPJ.
Para isso, é necessário a utilização do REP-P ou do REP-A.
O REP-A refere-se aos registradores eletrônicos de ponto alternativo, equiparando-se aos Registradores flexibilizados pela Portaria 373/11. Segundo a legislação:
§ 1º Para fins de fiscalização, o sistema de registro eletrônico de ponto que utilize REP-A deverá:
I - permitir a identificação de empregador e empregado; e II - disponibilizar, no local da fiscalização ou de forma remota, a extração eletrônica ou impressão do registro fiel das marcações realizadas pelo empregado.
§ 2º O REP-A somente poderá ser utilizado durante a vigência da convenção ou acordo coletivo de trabalho autorizador, sendo vedada a ultratividade conforme o § 3º do art. 614 da CLT.
Já o REP-P, inaugurado pela Portaria 671/ 21, equivale aos registradores eletrônicos de ponto via programa. A novidade deste novo modelo é a possibilidade de virtualização do Registrador de Ponto, acoplada a qualquer dispositivo de coleta eletrônica.
De acordo com o Art. 78° da Portaria 671, o software é executado em servidor dedicado ou em ambiente de nuvem com certificado de registro nos termos do art. 20°, ou seja, deve ser utilizado exclusivamente para o registro de jornada e com capacidade para emitir documentos decorrentes da relação do trabalho, além de realizar controles de natureza fiscal trabalhista, referentes à entrada e à saída de empregados nos locais de trabalho.
Apenas de o novo modelo REP-P entrar em vigor a partir do Decreto, publicado em novembro de 2021, o REP-A permanecerão válidos, mediante CCT ou ACT válidos.
